Coming to this site in 2022, will be the future home of the TXS Wireless Reservation System with over 2000 Secure Trailer Parking locations across North America.

Over ten (10) painstaking years of research, gathering information, statistics, advice and feedback from Shippers, Logistic, Freight and Trucking companies, Cargo Insurance and Transportation Loss Prevention experts, Transportation CEO's, Operations & Driver managers, Dispatchers, and most importantly of all: "Over-the-road, for-hire", "Truckload Company drivers and Independent contractors"…. and just about everyone else I could ask an opinion of in the Transportation Industry, I inquired "How they would feel" about the idea of:

A Nationwide Network of Safe, Secure, Dependable Trailer Parking Locations where they could be guaranteed a reservation that they, or their operations department could make on a laptop or cell phone from anywhere in U.S., Canada and eventually Mexico, which would guarantee a parking space would be ready and waiting for them within the hour? And once there, they will know that their equipment, cargo and personal safety are their host's primary objectives.

This is our goal. But as we grow, we will be able to do so much more!!! And remember! TXS has been in Operations for over 15 years and has never had a theft of equipment or cargo or a successful fraudulent pick-up.

No paperwork delays: To utilize our Network, shippers, operation departments or even Independent contractors would be able to sign-up and establish an account for security & billing purposes and be assigned a username and password. That's all there is to it. Billing would automatically be performed by cloud technology, "electronically" via the web, and they would be invoiced at the end of the month for services rendered.

No transit delays: Our clients can not only reserve a guaranteed parking space. While making their reservation(s), they can include any tractor, trailer or tire service they may require upon arrival... Again minimizing any potential delays these services might have otherwise caused waiting for the needed services people to be available. In addition, these services provided can be included in their monthly statements, again, helping to avoid costly delays. This will ultimately include scheduled preventive maintenance procedures that are necessary for new equipment warranties.

Economies of Scale: All of us in the transportation industry know that the overall costs of unexpected "Daily" parking costs can add up. Time spent searching for a yard by itself can be extremely expensive just in labor, fuel, wear and tear, loss of sleep and the safety and security of the driver and cargo. Upon request, TXS WILL be able to negotiate large scale fleet contracts allowing Fleet Managers to purchase large volumes of Daily parking spaces in ADVANCE at considerably discounted rates! What if your Fleet's safe and secure "dailies" costs were negotiated down to $20 a day on pre-determined lanes? Instead of paying $35 a day? Simply because you could purchase a large volume of parking dailies at a time in the markets, lanes and hub locations where you regularly anticipate a need? The larger the fleet requirements, the greater we are willing to negotiate even a lower prepaid price. Your economies of scale directly affect OUR own economies of scale in negotiating long term leases in every territory and market. Genuinely resulting in a logistics partnership.

Our objectives with the TXS STPNetwork are multi-fold and the overall benefits I can foresee for the Supply Chain, shippers, transporters, logistic companies and especially the drivers themselves, are innumerable. For the first time ever, "freight in transit" can conceivably be secure from our Ports of Entry to their final destination. Practical and diligent use of the STPNetwork can almost completely end the possibility of cargo theft while "on-the-road." While at the same time; help protect our drivers from criminal acts against them personally. In addition, drivers spend thousands of hours of labor, were and tear on their equipment and fuel consumption involved with just "seeking" a safe place to park are measurable.

This new Website will have all of the features and benefits and an easy, user friendly reservation process that is very similar to making a flight reservation with an airline, but easier.
